25-01 Highway 80 Trunk Line Phase 2-B Rehabilitation #17156

The City of Meridian (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

HIGHWAY 80 TRUNK LINE PHASE 2-B REHABILITATION BID # 25-01

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at City Hall Purchasing Department, Second Floor, 601 23rd Avenue, Mississippi 39301, until Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 11:00 AM local time.

At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes, but may not be limited to, the following Work: Installation of approximately 4,760 linear feet of 24-inch diameter gravity sewer main and manholes, cured in place pipe lining of approximately 625 linear feet of existing 24-inch diameter gravity sewer, casing pipe, temporary bypass pumping, abandonment of existing 24- inch diameter gravity sewer pipe, and restoration.

Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 1:30 PM at the

Public Works Conference Room, located at 311 27th Avenue, Meridian, Mississippi 39301. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly encouraged but not required.
